The precision of titanium carbide hard alloy guide wheels
Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels have excellent impact resistance. When the wire is suddenly tensioned or broken, they are not prone to cracking or deformation, reducing the risk of equipment shutdown. It has excellent thermal conductivity and can quickly dissipate the heat generated by friction, keeping the working temperature of the guide wheel within 80℃ and preventing the wire from annealing due to overheating. In the production of spring steel wire, the use of this guide wheel can keep the straightness error of the steel wire within 0.5mm/m, thereby enhancing the fatigue life of the spring. The dynamic balance accuracy of the guide wheel reaches G0.4 grade. When rotating at high speed, the vibration amplitude is less than 0.01mm, which can reduce the vibration noise of the equipment and improve the working environment in the workshop. It has good chemical stability and will not undergo chemical reactions with metal wires, thus avoiding contamination or discoloration on the wire surface. In the production of precious metal wires (such as gold and silver wires), the clean surface of the guide wheel can prevent the loss of precious metals and reduce production costs.
