Epoxy Coated wire mesh
Epoxy coated wire meshis mainly used in hydraulic or air filters as the supporting layers, it is the main part of the filters. Civil epoxy mesh is mainly used as the security screen in the High-grade apartments and office buildings. It is formed by making the special epoxy powder adhering on surface of mesh woven with different type of wires through the electrostatic spraying process, then in the course of time and temperature, the epoxy powder melts and covers on the mesh surface to form the dense protecting layer. The common substrate mesh are stainless steel mesh, aluminum mesh, mild steel mesh. The epoxy powder includes indoor types and outdoor types. TIANHUI also could develop according to customers requirement.
After surface treatment, the interlacing points are fixed, the mesh holes are even and square, the warp and weft wires are vertical, the product is not easy to loosen and deform, and the supporting force is strengthened;
The mesh surface is soft, the mesh is easy to shape. Different colors of powder could coated. The color is even and consistent.
TIANHUIis equipped with the performance simulation laboratory. The test includes Paint Film Elasticity Test, Pencil Hardness Test, Salt Spray Test, Paint Film Impact Test, Anti-fatigue Test and Oil immersion Test, etc. They are used in the epoxy powder incoming inspection, product process quality inspection, and new products development inspection.
Meanwhile, has two independently developed large-scale surface treatment production lines with world leading level. The product is produced with Far Infrared Ray and Natural Gas Hot Air Cycle processes.
