Using PVB film photovoltaic

For the renewable energy sector growing photovoltaic market demand, focusing on the development Huakai PVB used in special folders film photovoltaic products. Our PVB films are with high transparency, high strength and excellent heat absorption, UV protection, moisture and other characteristics. They still have a high degree of reliability in the harsh outdoor weather conditions prolonged exposure.
Since PVB is not thermoset, so it is used as a sealing film of the photovoltaic cell without going through the curing process. It has a two-step process plastic folder (vacuum + pressure process) production, and applications such as laminated safety glass and other purposes.
Huakai PVB film can provide different levels of standard products. For thin-film battery components, we have also developed an opaque white porcelain sink. PVB film right choice depends on the application type PV modules and photovoltaic cells.
