Ramimtech conveyor belt jointing cover rubber can be divided in two kinds, usual canvas conveyor belt jointing cover rubber and ST steel cord conveyor belt jointing cover rubber. Thickness are 0.8mm,1mm,2mm,3mm,4mm,5mm and 6mm, also have uncured intermediate rubber and uncured cover rubber, except them, hot vulcanizing solution SK823 also a must in conveyor belt hot splicing joints. Their biggest action will be enhance viscidity and transition function, also promote the results of conveyor belt joints.
One can choose according to the type of conveyor belt, basically, usual canvas conveyor belt joints will choose the thickness of 0.8mm and 1mm uncured intermediate rubber as the pave material, but the thickness 3mm uncured cover rubber as the joint sealed material, ST steel cord conveyor belt jointing will choose according to the whole intensity, such as ST2000N steel cord conveyor belt, above cover rubber whose thickness is 8mm, below cover rubber whose thickness is 6mm, so we will choose related thickness as the pave material.
