1. ball mill increases the feedingrate

Under the condition that the steel ball type, ratio, ratio of ball to mine and rotating speed are constant, the change of filling rate has a great influence on the processing amount of the mill. When the feeding device fails to meet the actual mixed filling rate and is safe and environmentally friendly, the mill can be used to replace the existing inlet port with the patented product, which reduces the self-weight of the rotation and reduces the energy consumption.

2. increase the steel ball

As the steel ball increases, the unit consumption of the barrel liner and other liners of the ball mill decreases. The wear of the cylinder liner is related to the ratio of ball to mine and the filling rate, regardless of the size of the steel ball. Therefore, the actual mixing filling rate is increased to more than 55%, the ball ore ratio is less than 3, the ball ore volume ratio is about 1, and the steel ball is enlarged, it is impossible to affect the service life of the cylinder liner, and the various liners of the ball mill are single. The consumption is correspondingly reduced.

When the ball mill is operated at a better rotation speed, the treatment amount is larger, the energy utilization rate is high, and the energy saving and consumption reduction effect is more remarkable.

4.the ball mill sliding main bearing changed to rolling or high static pressure oil film main bearing

Most of the domestically produced mills are babbitt sliding main bearing mills. The energy-saving ball millthat converts the main ball of the small ball mill into a rolling bearing not only reduces the friction coefficient of the main bearing, but also saves about 20% of electricity, and the starting torque is small, which is beneficial to the safe operation of the ball mill. The high static pressure oil film main bearing with smaller friction coefficient has better energy saving effect.
