Our Almond Oil is made from fresh, fragrant almonds off the tree, which we press to gently extract their delicate oils. This gives you a mild, clean oil with a neutral flavor you’re sure to love in salad dressings, marinades, your favorite baking recipes, and more. Because it can take the heat in the kitchen, it's great for high-heat cooking techniques (420°F). Its high smoke point allows you to safely sear, bake, stir-fry, or saute without the almond oil breaking down. Use almond oil as a replacement for traditional olive or canola oil. Naturally refined almond oil is as versatile as it is delicous, and it's great for mixing with or pouring on anything you want to eat. Try it as a stir-fry oil or for roasting organic asparagus, potatoes, carrots, broccolini, and more! It can also make a nourishing oil for skin and hair.
