Nutty aroma: Strong aroma of roasted peanuts, slightly sweet and greasy. Charred/roasted (for highly processed products) : Some flavors mimic the flavor of high-temperature roasted peanuts. New vs. Rich: Cold pressed peanut oil flavor: Fresh, soft, suitable for light food. Roasted peanut oil essence: strong burnt, suitable for heavy taste food (such as snacks, sauces).
