Wetting and encapsulation: EVA wax possesses polar vinyl acetate groups and non-polar vinyl groups. This amphiphilic structure enables it to effectively wet and encapsulate the surfaces of inorganic/organic pigment particles, reducing agglomeration tendencies.

Reduction of ‘white spots’ and colour variation: Superior dispersibility underpins high-quality masterbatches, ensuring strong tinting strength, vivid colours, spot-free appearance, and minimal batch-to-batch colour variation.
