Automatic Feida Gluing Machine JM-600A

Automatic Gluing Machineis used for gluing the cover papers with a 6 meters conveyer.It's automatically feeding and gluing with steady and high speed.The glue recycling system not only save the costs,but also protect the environment.The roller is immersed in the adhesive plate. As the roller rotates, paper (or other smooth-surfaced materials) is fed and coated simultaneously, ensuring even distribution of adhesive across the workpiece surface. Feed speed is adjustable.

Automatic gluing machine has the function of automatic feeding paper and gluing, automatic temperature control and 24-hours timer.

Feeder absorption and feed are applied, which contribute to the characteristic of steady and quick paper conveyance.

Hot melt adhesives (animal adhesives) are used for health and environmental protection, and they also save cost because of the recycle system and the adjustable speeds.
