Product Description
The main castings of the 3-Axis Hard Rail Series Machining Centermachine are made of resin sand cast iron with stable material to ensure the long-term accuracy and service life of the machine.
The column is a double wall structure, which greatly improves the mechanical rigidity.
All slideway surfaces are precisely ground and covered with turcite-b wear-resistant sheet, which is matched with precision cutting.
The guide rail design is adopted between the z-axis counterweight and the column to prevent the counterweight from colliding with the column when the z-axis moves rapidly.
The three-axis adopts the precise ball (roller) screw, which is directly driven by the servo motor, without backlash error.

● Select high rigidity precision linear slide with high speed and low noise, low wear characteristics suitable for precision mold fast parts processing requirements.
● The main shaft adopts C3 high-precision screw angular ball bearings and high-strength arrangement structure.
● Driven by AC control servo motor with high torque, low noise and high stability.
● Powerful cutting capabilities combined with excellent accuracy and performance make insert and bell hole operation simple.
● Widely used in machining, auto parts, lighting, hardware and other parts processing industry
