BHJG250 Pipe Bucking Machine
BHJG250 pipe bucking machine unithas six parts: driving clamp system、backup clamp system、hydraulic system、pneumatic system、manipulating platform and frame base.
The Driving clamp is driven by hydraulic motor and it is used to screw on (screw off) . The t can be positive and negative direction of rotation to meet the requirements of make-up or break-out. Torque up to 68kN. M.
The Buckup clamp is driven by pneumatic cylinder and it is used to fix the pipe. the screw on torque value is output by tension sensor and controlled by PLC system.
The Max. drift diameter of the bucking machineis 250mm, which can finish the make-up or break-out of 2 7/8″～8 5/8″ casing, tubing and drill pipe.
