Dehydrated minced/chopped horseradish/AD/dried horseradish slice/powder/granules/
1.We choose Fresh sound clean horseradish, has been peeled, Cut to desired shape, process by hot air dehydration.
2.Different shapes and sizes could be supplied. Dehydrated horseradish slice, chopped horseradish and horseradish powder. All could be produced as requests.
3.It has typical horseradish flavor. The color is natural white. The moisture is less than 8%.
4.Packing : the slice is 20kg/CTN. The granules and powder: 12.5 x 2 aluminum foil bags/ CTN. Or as requests
5.The dehydrated horseradish products should be stored in cool and dry area. sealed to minimized transfer and contamination.The shelf life is about 18 months.
