Shot Blasting Machine
is new-style shot blasting equipment, which is suitable for the clean steel structure welding work pieces, H-beam surfaces, plates and other profiles. It can remove rusty spot, rusty layer and slag on the parts surface, as well as welding stress, to remove the stress and improve the quality of surface coating and anti-corrosion steel of steel structures. Specific to the characteristics of steel structures, a roller type is developed, which adopts computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation design to determine the position of shot blasting machine. It is also equipped with an efficient box-type impulse spraying and back blowing dust remover.
