MB8 3+1 Axis CNC Automatic Servo Press Brake -DA58T
1. Thebending machineis certified by the EU CE quality system.The airframe adopts annealing process to eliminate internal stress, which ensures high precision and strength.All products adopt solid 3D programming, and the scientific structure ensures the machining accuracy of the machine.
2. This MB8 series electro-hydraulic bending machines use CNC control system-Delem DA58T, Dutch To help you improve the accuracy and processing efficiency of your products, and maintain the lowest cost and lower maintenance costs.
3. High quality and repetitive bending can be obtained by using synchronous cylinder and valve.
4. The latest high-frequency response hydraulic control technology improves the efficiency and precision of the work.
5. The optimal mix of parameters and top-level core configurations makes the operation more humane.
6.Use fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control technology, slider position signals feedbacked by bilateral gratings to CNC system to control the 2 cylinders(Y1,Y2) running on the same frequency, keeping the parallel state of the workbench.
7.The rigid upper beam is running on the 8-point bearing system, and the bending precision is increased to + /-0.01 mm.

3. Full synchronization of two cylinders(Y1,Y2) with proportional hydraulic valve system and constant monitoring by CNC system to +/- 0.01mm accuracy.
4. Linear guide rail and ball screw keep accuracy of 0.01mm (HIWIN, TAIWAN)
5. Fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo synchronously controls the system
6. Standard electrics from Schneider, France.
7. Grating rules from FAGOR, Spanish.
8. Standard hydraulic system from Bosch Rexroth Germany.9. Standard main motor from Siemens Germany.
10. Standard oil tube connectors from EMB Germany.
11. Hydraulic and electrical overload protection.
