Topscom specializes in developing software for the networking and telecommunications industries and has successfully delivered a number of carrier-class software projects for companies that dominate their respective market segments.Topscom also develops technology building blocks to assist equipment manufacturers in reducing their time to market. These building blocks include communications drivers, a voice bridge, and network processor microcode for MPLS.Topscom provides value-added services (VAS) solutions to VAS suppliers of both mobile and fixed line operators. Using industry-standard hardware building blocks, TOPSCOM provides customers with solutions tailored to their specific business requirements. In-depth knowledge of wireless and fixed telecom switching and signaling protocols, such as SS7 and ISDN combined with a broad range of skills in application development, enables Topscom to offer world-class VAS solutions, including:Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutionsVoice messagingVoice mail systemsInstant messaging service (SIP/SIMPLE)Text messaging (SMS and EMS)Unified messagingMultimedia messagingVoice portals (using both ASR and TTS)Audio and video conferencingIn designing and developing VAS solutions for customers, Topscom has gained skills in VXML, CCXML integration of third party speech engines, such as Speechworks and Nuance, into ASR/TTS solutions and industry standard hardware building blocks for voice applications, such as Intel-Dialogic and Radisys.
