Polyurethane Flip Flop Screenhas been in operation for decades for screening of moist or humid materials. Made from highly resilient polyurethane elastomer, these filp flow mats withstand deformation without loss of elasticity or dimensional accuracy. They are designed both for bolting and clamping systems, so to fit all screen decks worldwide with no distinction depending on machine brand, deck dimensions and installation characteristics.

Working Principle of Flip Flop Screen

Vibrating Flip Flop Screenare increasingly used in material screening and preparation applications. This is largely due to their high efficiency. In principle, Flip Flop Screenisa subclass of other high-frequency vibrating sieves.

The Flip Flop Screen works by combining the double vibration principle with a flexible polyurethane type screen. Dual vibratory forces act to apply a linear acceleration to the material passing through the screen. Vibrations are simultaneously applied to the elastic screen, which stretches and relaxes quickly. The stretching and relaxation of the screen transfers energy to the material, causing it to "jump" or "pop". This secondary vibration in turn enhances the separation of the materials.
