Product Description

Light rail transit project 300t erection girder u beam beam launcher installation equipment machine for lrtis a professional design for U type bridge machine required for erection of city rail transit construction beam. As a kind of structure section, the U beam has good noise reduction effect, low construction height, high utilization ratio of cross section space. Because of U type beam for thin-walled opening structure, the traditional bridge rack beam cannot be applied directly. Unable to realize the traditional function of carrying beam traversing, beam body installation can only be achieved by traversing the crane. Therefore Huada Heavy Indusry U type bridge erecting machine with "front overhead crane beam, acquired vehicle girder, two cranes synchronous walking, then synchronized fall beam" of the process, simple operation, safe and stable.

U model bridge girder beam launcher crane is mainly used in the Inter-city railway building projects, such as metro way, light rail transit, etc. As economy and public transportation develop, inter-city railway is vigorously building in developing countries, such as China, Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Myanmar, Russia, Kazakhstan, etc.

As the great project of “One Road One Belt” implement deeply, this “U” girder beam launcher cranes are of great potential market in the world.

“U” bridge girder is just like a tunnel without cover; which not just largely reduces the overall height of the viaduct bridge structure, but also largely shield the train noise.

Safety is the most important issue for cranes. To ensure the safety, the following safety devices are equipped in Light rail transit project 300t erection girder u beam beam launcher installation equipment machine for lrt.

Crane traveling limit switch.
Overload protection device.
Lifting height limit device.
Voltage lower protection function.
Phase sequence protection function.
Emergency stop function.
Rain cover for outside hoist, driving units, electric cubicle.
Warnings indicator: flashing nights and warning sounds.
Wire-less infra-detector for anti-collusion.
