The double effect concentrator is used for the concentration of liquid materials in the industries of herbal medicine, pharmacy, starchy sugar, dairy products, chemicals etc. Especially, it applies to the low temperature concentrate of heat sensitive materials in vacuum condition.
1. Benefit of save energy, take ABS-1000 as an example, every year it can save steam about 3200t,save water about 75000t,save electricity around 80000t(contrast to the single effect).
2. The equipment adopts the working manner of external heating, natural cycle, negative pressure evaporation. It evaporated fast and the concentration proportion is high which can reach 1.2-1.3(generally immersed the cream in herbal medicine).
3.This concentrator adopted double effect evaporation at the same time, the steam at the second time can be used effectually, contrast to the single effect concentrator it saves energy by 70 percent, the charge of saved energy in one year can withdrawal all the investment of this concentrator.
4.Characteristic of the multifunctional work: (1) withdrawal the concentration of the alcohol around 80 percent. (2) single effect and double effect can get the cream in one boiler time and again. (3) batch production or continuous production.
5.The section contacted with materials is made of SUS304 or SUS316L imported stainless steel, which measures up to the requirements of GMP.
6.The equipment has compact construction and beautiful style. The chamber of the calefaction and the evaporation all have heat preservation sheet, the outer space wrapped of stainless steel sheet, the out faces has been treated with gloss or mirror.
7.The condenser adopted war industry technology, especially designed structure, the heat exchange efficiency is two or three times of the general production in the market.
