Ambroxol Hydrochloride CAS 23828-92-4
Ambroxol hydrochloride is a new generation of mucosal sputum dissolving agents that improve sputum expulsion and have the effect of promoting pulmonary surfactant and airway secretion and ciliary movement. Ambroxol hydrochloride is widely used in acute and chronic respiratory diseases with abnormal respiratory secretion, especially the expectorant treatment of chronic bronchitis, neonatal respiratory distress, and adjuvant treatment of lung surgery. It has the advantages of low toxicity, accurate efficacy, and can be used with antibiotics to produce good synergistic effects, and is one of the most commonly used expectorants.
