[Brief information ]
Flame retard agent HT-YZ220 is the compound of phosphate a which suitable for anti-flaming finish of cotton, polyester and blending and can get excellent flame retardant effect.

[General properties ]
-- Appearance: colorless to light yellow viscous liquid
-- pH: 2.0±0.5(10% of deionized water)
-- Solubility: easily soluble in water
[Properties and fields of application]
-- Excellent flame retardant effect to synthetic fabric and good compatibility.
-- Under the condition of the standard household cleaning,more than 50 times washing resistance.
-- No influence on the fabric strength,
-- Good compatibility with most of the finishing agent, bath with special waterproofing agent,does not affect each other performance.

HT-YZ220: 50-150g/L
PH adjustment: 6.0-6.5 by With ammonia water or 10% NaOH
Processing: Twice dip & pad →Drying at100℃ → Stoving（Polyester at180~200℃×1~2min；Nylon 170~180℃×1~2min）→Washing

Waterproofing agent:10-50g/L
PH adjustment: 6.0-6.5 by With ammonia water or 10% NaOH
Processing: Twice dip & pad →Drying at100℃ → Stoving（Polyester at180~200℃×1~2min；Nylon 170~180℃×1~2min）→Washing
[Packing and storage ]
-- Packing: 125kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: Keepit undersealin coolanddryplace, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
