Starch Sodium Octenyl Succinate (SSOS) or Purity Gum (PG)
Starch sodium octenyl succinate is a kind of white powder with no odor, which can be soluble in cool water and it shows transparent liquid in hot water when accelerating the solubility with excellent stability. SSOS can be applied in beverage, meet, baking, wine, candy, cake and so on.
