Alcohol base sand core paint: Supply KGT-1 type refractory paint for sand core coating. This product is used for avoiding the sand sticking on the surface of the cast pieces. It also used as a refractory and parting agent.
KGT-2 type water base sand core paint: This product is used for avoiding the sand sticking on the cast pieces during the DI pipe, cast iron, and cast steel production. It is more environmental protective and economical than alcohol base sand core paint.
KGT-3 type water base trough paint: This product is a suspension of carbon in water, which is used for insulating the molten iron and the trough to make the molten iron flowing into the mould in even speed and avoid any air holes, sand holes on the cast pieces during the DI pipe production.
