Changhao is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and a leading manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel bends, carbon steel bends and alloy steel bends in various radii and diameters. Steel bends can be made from a wide range of pipe materials including low and high yield strength carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, Cr-Ni alloy and titanium. We specialize in manufacturing large and small size stainless steel bends in 310S, 304L, 316L, 317L, 347, 321, and 904L grades.
In general, stainless steel bends and carbon steel bends can be manufactured from seamless or welded tubing, but the choice is made with the technical challenges involved in mind.
Increasingly, customers in the petrochemical industry are choosing stainless steel elbows, carbon steel elbows and nickel alloy elbows as the first choice for modern piping and piping systems because quality elbows can significantly reduce the need for welding and the use of fittings. The use of stainless steel elbows, carbon steel elbows and alloy steel elbows in piping systems also improves the flow of fluids in piping systems.
Our bends are used in a variety of vertical industries, such as oil, power generation, natural gas, chemical, shipbuilding and other industries. All bend products are supplied with a test certificate in accordance with EN 10204 3.1, as well as complete chemical and physical test results.
