Product Description

YLB series of compulsory type is our new product. The design is based on LB series of stationary asphalt mixing plant.

One on hand, YLB series of compulsory type mobile asphalt mixing plant adopts the advantages of LB series of , such as: high accuracy of screening and weighing, high quality finished product; on the other hand, It enjoys the following advantages: easy to move to another job site and quick installation; so there will be much more time saved for moving and installing the machine.

Componentsof :

1) Cold aggregate bins;

2) Drying drum;

3) Burning system, the fuel can be light oil, heavy oil, gas or coal;

4) Hot aggregate elevator;

5) Powder lifting system;

6) Vibrating screen;

7) Hot aggregate storage bins;

8) Aggregate, powder and bitumen scales;

9) Bitumen system: bitumen tank, bitumen pump and heat conduction oil system;

10) Two-level dust catching system. First level: volute casing dust collector; second level: bag house dust collector ;
