Professional 600 ton precast concrete segment lifter used balanced cantilever method for bridge construction
Product Description
We have been designing, supplying and operating segmental lifter (also known as a launching gantry or launching grider) since 2008. Our 600 ton precast concrete segment lifterhave been used to erect the decks of suspension bridges, cable stay bridges and land/sea viaducts in both steel and concrete.We offer a complete design and supply service, with site supervision to assist and train our client's site team to assemble, commission, operate and maintain the gantries. We are also happy to pass the steel fabrication drawings to our clients so they may fabricate the steelwork themselves local to the project site to save costs.
Each of 600 ton precast concrete segment lifter is designed specifically to meet the loads and geometry of each project, and to arrive at the most cost effective overall solution when considering the cost of the gantry, the erection schedule, the labour required to operate, the erection loads on the permanent works and future re-use value.
Safety Features
600 ton precast concrete segment lifterare designed for safety. Winches are equipped with double breaking system. Upon request we provide Triple breaking system. Emergency stop button, Limit switch, sensor are located at designated location.
1. Have the function to monitor and record operation status of segmental lifter, the data could be recorded in local monitor and stored in the remote server to meet the demand on accidents analysis of segmental lifter;
2. Have the function to monitor wind velocity in the real time, which reminds driver to operate the segmental lifter safely.
3. Have the function of long distance monitoring on safety state of swgmental lifter at real time, which could meet the demand on remote management.
Packing & Delivery
1. Delivery time
Within 30 to 40 days after receiving the receipt of deposit.
2. Packaging
Wood case for electric parts, accessories; large sections will be loaded onto bulk cargo ship after packing.
3. Transportation
Generally 35 days to 50 days to destination port.
