Mixing head on cross beam(single head)
The PUR foam mixture lay down is provided by means of a mixing and foaming head mounted on acontinuously moving oscillating cross beam (traverse) which is synchronizedwith the press conveyor speed.The mixing and foaming head cross beam structure made by of welded steel and is support by framingcolumns. The framing columns are to be mount to rails and to be fix to the floor for the correct foam laydownposition.The foam mixture laying down is provided by a foaming head manipulator which ensures a uniform foam mixture distribution on the continuously moving facing. The process parameters such as the foaming head oscillation are closed loop controlled and are managed by the high pressure foam dispensing machine industrial personal computer.
