Features of Biomass Wood Pellet Mill With Reducer Transmission
1. Upward mould, special structure; vertically feeding, and easier heat dissipation.
2. Die static, roller rotating, material centrifugation, distributed around evenly; because of the die high side, the material can be kicked back to the pressure room.
3. Double-layer die, up and down dual-use, high capacity, saving energy.
4. Adjust the length of pellets and briquette with frequency conversion
5. Grease filtrated, automatic lubrication and link compaction.
Working Principle of Vertical Ring Die Pellet Mill
1. Vertical ring die, feeding vertically
2. Motor drivingreducer, and reducer driving the rollers
3. Die fixed, rollers rotating
4. Centrifugal force combined with extrusion to press materials from inside of die'sholes to outside and form pellets
5. Knife cutting the pellet. Adjust the knife to control pellets length
Raw materials for pellet mill
It can process various kinds of biomass raw materials such as wood, trunck, branch, sawdust, straw, rice husk, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, bagasse waste, alfalfa, avariety of crop stalk and other agricuntural waste, etc. If you are not sure how your materials perform in pelletizing, you can send us some sample of the material and we can help you test the pelletizing process and send you the final products.
Requirements for raw material:
Size:Less than 5mm(All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet mill, If not,you may need awood chipper,wood crusher)
Moisture:Generally,10-15%is best for producing good quality pellet.
