Armoured XLPE Power Cable
Armoured XLPE insulated power cablesposses outstanding performance in thermal mechanical properties, electrical characteristics and chemical resistances. structure is simple and light in weight and no drop limits. Armoured XLPE cable is widely used in power grid, mining and factories. Armoured XLPE insulation is manufactured by adopting chemical or physical method to process chain molecule structure of PE become to three-dimensional reticular structure of XLPE and thus improve the thermal mechanical properties substantially. Armoured XLPE cable maximum rated working temperature is 90 °C which higher than PE and PVC cable, as well as improve the current-carrying capacities.
We manufacture Armoured rated voltages up to 26/35kV from 0.6/1kV. Production equipment includes TROESTER of Germany and DAVIS of USA as well as X-ray eccentricity gauges, conductor pre-heater and partial discharge equipment. We have successfully developed up-to-date flame-retardant type, low smoke low halogen type, low smoke non-halogen type and waterproof type XLPE insulated cables. They are suitable for places where require flame retarding, such as high-rise buildings, hospitals, tunnels, power plants, petrochemical industry, mining and so on.
