Sintered Mesh Filter Cartridges
are made by overlapping multiple layers of wire mesh and sintering them in a vacuum furnace, rolled into a cylinder and welded together at both ends. For the roundness and flatness of the whole structure, roll seam welding process is added. Its interlaced mesh forms a rigid structure, which overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary wire mesh of low strength and unstable pore shape, and is also superior to sintered powder cartridges, ceramic cartridges and so on.
