Corrugated Carton Flexo Printing Machine
Function and characteristics:1) The electric appliances of the whole machine adopts the product of Schneider made in France.2) Adopting vertical gear driving, the gears are made by high frequency quenching and polishing.3) All the axles are chrome-plated in order to strengthen the hardness.4) The gears use a shower type circular lubricating.5) Back to zero and register automatically.6) Use mould units designing. Multi-color printing units can be combined and linked any way.7) The side baffle of feeding department and the grooving department are adjusted electrically.8) Adopting touching screen control and using frequency converter precisely.Machine Component:● Feeding department: The function buttons on the controlling panel are simple and concentrated, which are convenient to operate.● Printing department: The printing roller and the trace pressing roller made by steel materials of high quality, which is grind well on surface and chrome-plated.● Slotting department: Big size carton box or kicking paperboard slotting can save loading knife time with a better scope of adjusting.● Die cutting department: The phase of die cutting roller use the adjustment of PLC and 360°electric number. Adjustment can be done when the machine works as well as stops.(PLC and the touch screen adjustment can be an option)Service:1.
