设计原则
①针对高浓度有机废水特征，本方案采用国内外较为先进、成熟、可靠的物化与好氧生化相结合的处理工艺，确保其处理出水各项指标达到设计要求；
②污水处理设施在运行上有较大的灵活性和可调节性，以适应水质和水量的变化；
③充分考虑污水处理系统配套的减振、降噪、除臭等措施，以防止对环境的二次污染；
④污水处理以好氧生化处理为主，主要构筑物采用钢砼结构，根据处理工序合理布局，实用可靠、布置紧凑、占地面积小、工程投资省、建设周期短；
⑤操作管理方便，技术要求简单，可实现全自动化控制。
工艺特点:
1该工艺采用常规的活性污泥法和膜过滤相结合的方法，工艺成熟、可靠，MLSS浓度高，出水效果好。
2膜材质采用PVDF，耐污染，易清洗，特别适用于污水处理。
3MBR膜反应器材质化学性能稳定，抗氧化性强，使用寿命长，对膜进行清洗时，可选择的药剂范围广。
4可利用生化池的曝气对膜进行清洗，保持稳定的产水量。
.5工艺中累积下来的污泥，定期排至污泥池，进行再消化处理，故系统中剩余污泥量少。
.6系统中风机、潜污泵等主要控制设备的工作程序输进PC机，以减少操作工作量，达到自动工作，并可减少不必要的人为损坏。
.7设备本体采用砼防腐结构，提高了设备的有效使用寿命。
.8通过采用以去除有机污染物为主的活性污泥法膜过滤处理工艺，有效防止污泥膨胀，从而提高污染物去除率，确保出水达杂用水标准；而且由于回流硝化过程，在去除有机污染物同时，也能使NH3-N得到转化。
