DFCWS船用生活污水处理装置，一体化船用污水处理器
DFCWS系列船用生活污水处理装置根据MEPC.159(55)决议，GB10833-1989《船用生活污水处理系统技术条件》等相关法规及市场用户要求和本公司生产工艺实际情况，进行设计和制造，适用于船舶船员日常生活产生的粪便污水处理。目前产品已通过江苏省地方海事局型式认可，出水水质满足MEPC.159(55)决议的要求。
工艺流程
DFCWS系列船用生活污水处理装置的整个工艺设计为连续式运行，其工艺流程为：污水首先通过高效调节区，截留大部分的大颗粒杂质及悬浮物；然后进入接触氧化池，进行好氧反应，在好氧菌的作用下，对有机物进行消解，利用污水中的有机物为营养源，将污水中各种有机物分解成无机盐类，对污水产生生化降解、吸附和絮凝等作用，大幅度去除污水中的各种有机物质，使污水得到比较彻底的净化；随后进入沉/过滤区截留水中比重较轻的悬浮物，出水再经过紫外线消毒杀菌后直接排出舷外。
产品特点
1、考虑到设备在新老船舶入舱时的不同工况，DFCWS系列船用生活污水处理装置主体为积木拼装式设计。因此，只要船舶门宽度≥350mm（5、9型）；宽度≥450mm（25型），装置就能入舱。
2、装置全自动化运作，也可手动操作，噪音低，容易操作，维护。
3、采用紫外线消毒处理技术，杀菌彻底，绿色环保，避免二次污染。
