FoodTec roller peeler is suitable for peeling potatoes, carrots, taro, beetroots and other root vegetables. FoodTec peeler is equipped with 4 peeling rollers that are coated with carborundum type or soft brush type or mixed type. The peeling efficiency depending on the number of peeling rollers and the kind of carborundum. The peeling rollers are mounted side by side; the gap between two peeling rollers is minimized, the rollers position are mounted in gradual increments. The peeling rollers are provided with a quick and simple mounting/ de-mounting function. The peeling speed of the rollers can be controlled by frequency converter, ensuring an optimum peeling result and a high capacity. The peeler is equipped with top-water spraying function, the products are washed during peeling and the carborundum layer is cleaned. The desired peeling result can be adapted optimally to every type of product.
