bone/skin/fish collagen evaporative sterilizer processing equipment

Characteristics:
This plant is unitized with an evaporator and sterilizer, which has combined function of increase concentration and sterilization. Gelatin liquor are evaporated to higher concentration more than 30% by force circulating evaporator and then heated up to 140℃ and maintained for 4-6 seconds in DSI unit.
Capacity: Gelatin 1000T/Y-3000T/Y
Control Mode: automatic control (feed rate, level, steam pressure, temperature)

Inlet balance tank, plate heater, flash evaporator tank, condenser, pre-heater, T-type sterilizer, U-type holding tube, sterilization flash tank
Feed pump, circulation pump, outlet pump of flash evaporator, outlet pump of sterilizer, vacuum pump, frame structure, panel
The equipment is made of S.S.304 and polished.
