Test Procedures

Prepare and inspect the sample surface to ensure no cracks, pinholes, or contamination.

Configure brush speed, platform speed, and spray parameters according to the applicable standard.

Ensure the test door remains closed during brushing and platform operation.

Mix cleaning medium thoroughly to evenly suspend silicon dioxide particles.

Run the automated car wash simulation mode to execute the test.

After completion, remove the samples and dry them before evaluation.

Maintenance Information

Clean brushes and water tank after each test to prevent medium residue.

Inspect and replace worn brushes to maintain test repeatability.
