Applications

According to the light-colored or white products, the phenomenon of yellow color is easy to occur in the natural sunlight for a long time, with the solar lamp and heating temperature control device to simulate the natural environment, within the specified time, observe the change of the surface color of the sample, determine the degree of discoloration of the sample, so as to determine the ability of the material to resist yellow under sunlight radiation.

Features

This machine is designed to promote the metamorphism of vulcanized materials and then calculate the rate of change, stretching, and elongation. It also simulates the effects of ultraviolet radiation and heat from the sun. Samples are placed on the machine's table and subjected to UV radiation and temperature. Over time, the degree of yellowing and discoloration of the samples is observed, and the grayscale values can be used as a reference to determine the extent of yellowing. This machine can be used as a basic yellowing resistance testing machine, an aging testing machine, and an oven, demonstrating its multi-functional capabilities. The machine is equipped with a forced hot air circulation control system to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
