Features

1. The counter adopts LCD display, 0~ 999.999 continuous adjustable;

2. Adjust zipper stroke according to different standard;

3. Automatic stop and alarm for 10S upon reaching the set number of times;

6. The positioning block ensures that the transverse pull clamp maintains tranversely tight at 10° at the beginning of clamping.

Technical Parameters

Test Procedures

1. Roughly fix the zipper end (bottom stop) to point A (pull tab facing inwards);

2. Fix the pull tab to the pull tab clamp;

3. Fix the zipper front end (top stop) to points D and E;

4. Loosen point A, pull the zipper end upwards so that the fixing pin falls into the middle of the balance plate hole, then clamp point A (at this point, visually check that points D and E are on the same horizontal line);

5. Loosen the horizontal clamps B and C, allowing the fabric tape on both sides of the zipper to be placed into clamps B and C and clamped, with the clamp opening approximately 5mm from the tooth. At this point, all five fixing points are secured;

6. Adjust the zipper tester to its upper limit, loosen the pull tab clamp, and visually check if the zipper remains straight. If not, readjust until all clamping is complete;

7. For zippers of different specifications, apply load to their horizontal and vertical directions according to the specified requirements.
