6 AXIS TIG MIG Arc Welding Robotic Arm
One of our company's highest-selling models of a classically designed welding robot, with an arm span of 1441mm, has good stability and easy maintenance. Highly flexible cables, as well as waterproof, fireproof and dustproof cable protective sleeves, American GATES transmission belts, NABTESCO lubricant, and other high-quality materials are used.
After 7 years of market verification and continuous optimization of machinery, circuits, and wiring designs, the stability and cost performance are very high. It can be widely matched with domestic and international well-known brand welding machines.
The configuration supports purely domestic configurations, or adopts imported reducer configurations of NABTESCO, SHIMPO and so on. It can meet customer needs in many fields.
Real-time computer control of the robot can be achieved based on Enthernet TCP / IP. It supports offline programming track generation, and it can greatly reduce the teaching programming time.

Programmable robot body cables are made of special cables for flexible robots.
Built-in three-phase transformer, 380V and 200V isolation, more stable power supply. Power supply requirements can be customized for different countries. The built-in three-phase filter can effectively improve the performance of EMC and EMI.
