Drive pulley is the main components of transmission. It has rubber-facedand glazedpulley. The drive pulley is regarded as the power of belt conveyor, which is widely used in mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, building materials, electric power, grain, and other transportation field. Compared with common reducers, it has many features such as compactstructure, light weight, good sealing, simple installation and etc.
Bend pulley is used to change the running direction of belt and increase the angle between belt and drive pulley. The bend pulley has many features such as light weight, reliable performance, safe usage, capability of adapting to the bad environment. The bend pulley is underneaththe belt. If the direction of belt movement is left, then the bend pulley is on the right of conveyor. The main structure of bend pulley is bearing and steel cylinder. The drive pulley is the driving wheel of belt conveyor. The two pulleys are like the wheels of bicycle. The rear-wheel is the drive pulley, while the front wheel is the bend pulley.
