Hail Impact Tester for pv module
Standard:According to IEC61215,IEC61646,UL1703 standard requirement
Purpose:to verify that the module is capable of withstanding the impact of hailstones

2、Moving locating device
a、X shaft move distance approx 2100mm
b、Y shaft move distance approx 1000mm
c、Locating accurate:≤1mm
d、Impact area:2000×1000mm
e、Guide ways is high quality import guide rail
f、Driving ways adopt import servo motor + synchronous wheel
g、Locating control ways is PC control and automatic locating
3、Test velocity system and theory
a、Via determine ice through the infrared test velocity sensor , meanwhile catch by the breaking time T, according to V=S/t calculation ice ball flight velocity
b、Test speed sensor use high accurate infrared test speed sensor
c、Infrared test speed sensor accurate±5％
d、Speed catch range 0～50 m/s
e、Ice ball speed: diameter 25mm, ice ball speed 23.0m/s ±5％
diameter 35mm , ice ball speed 27.2m/s ±5％
diameter 45mm , ice ball speed 30.7m/s ±5％
4、ice make ways and mould
a、take the ice mould filled water and placed in the refrigerator freezing chamber, waiting for the water cooling after, take the mould separate take out ice ball , placed in the ice ball Storage chamber cold storage spare
b、Mould use special material that does not expand easily
c、Inner cavity diameter 25mm＜1％；35mm＜1％；45mm＜1％
d、One mould have 6 ice balls , one specification at least have 2 sets of mould
e、Mould ineer cavity process technical use high accurate CNC machine processing
