Ink printing proof press
How it works:
Ink printing proof machine is mainly based on the principle of printing reproduction, through the simulation of the press pressure, ink transfer, transfer and other processes, the ink is accurately transferred to the substrate. It is usually composed of plate cylinder, rubber cylinder, stamping cylinder, ink supply system, control system and other parts. At work, the graphic part of the printing plate cylinder transfers the ink to the rubber cylinder through contact with the rubber cylinder, and then the rubber cylinder transfers the ink to the substrate to form a printing pattern. By adjusting the parameters of the ink supply system, the ink supply and uniformity can be controlled, so as to realize the control of printing color.

Ink printing proof press can be divided into many types according to different classification standards:
Classified by mode of operation:
Automatic ink printing press:high degree of automation, can automatically complete the ink coating, substrate transport, printing pressure and speed adjustment and other operations, easy to operate, high efficiency, high precision, suitable for large-scale printing production and high color accuracy requirements.
Semi-automatic ink printing press:manual participation in some operations, such as manual adding ink, placing substrate, etc., the degree of automation is relatively low, but the structure is simple, the cost is low, suitable for small printing plants or users who do not require high accuracy of proofing.
Offset ink printing proof machine:suitable for offset printing ink proofing, can simulate the working principle of offset printing machine, through the rubber cloth to transfer the ink from the plate to the substrate, can accurately reproduce the effect of offset printing
Flexographic ink printing proof machine:For flexographic printing ink proofing equipment, the use of flexographic plate and mesh roller transfer ink to the substrate, can simulate the characteristics of flexographic printing
Gravure ink printing proof machine:used for gravure printing ink proofing, through the gravure drum on the net hole to store ink, and then transfer the ink to the substrate, can accurately control the amount of ink and printing thickness.
Ordinary ink printing proof machine:with the basic ink coating and proofing function, can produce ink proofs of different colors and thicknesses, to meet the general printing proofing needs.
Multifunctional ink printing press:In addition to the basic proofing function, it also has a variety of additional functions, such as the proofing comparison of a variety of inks at the same time, equipped with a color measurement system, which can measure the color data of the sample in real time.
