Continuous casting bloom TCM/ rectangular billet is the main equipment of bloom TCM/ rectangular billet continuous casting production line, its function is cutting the solidified and straightened product to required length. üSpecial prefabricated water cooling car body design, which extended the TCM life time under long term high working temperature
üExcellent water cooling system design: it adopts cooling water overflowing for reducing pressure while there is high pressure, which can avoid equipment welding seam crack; automatic alarm while cooling water break off to avoid TCM dangerous cutting without water.
üAdvanced equal pressure powder spraying design, the spraying is continuous, stable and adjustable.
