Main Purposes

The bearing friction torque tester is a precision instrument specifically designed for measuring the friction torque of bearings. Its main purposes include, but are not limited to, the following aspects:

Bearing Quality Assessment

By measuring the friction torque of bearings, the quality level of bearings can be evaluated, including their manufacturing precision, material properties, and lubrication effects, etc.

Bearing Optimization Design

Friction torque data is an important basis for bearing optimization design. By testing the friction torque of bearings with different design schemes, their performance can be compared, and thus the best design scheme can be selected.

Specification

Measure the starting friction torque of miniature bearings;

The bearing is rotated at 2rpm and the maximum friction torque, minimum friction torque and average friction torque of the bearing are measured during the time of 2 weeks of rotation, and the torque-time curve, torque-rotation angle curve, and rotational speed-time curve are drawn;

It is equipped with the function of analyzing and storing data automatically and generating test report automatically;

With data management function, it can query, playback and delete the test data;

Torque measurement range: 0~100μN-m;

Torque measurement error: 1μN-m;

Speed setting range: 0~4rpm;

Accuracy of rotational speed measurement: 0.5;

Working environment: inside the ultra-clean room;

Power supply: 220V±10%, 50Hz～60Hz;

Working temperature: 5℃~35℃;

Working relative humidity: 5% ~ 85%.
