Its deoxidization effect is more obvious and greatly reduce the production cost which has achieve a noticeable economical benefit during using.The main deoxidizers used in steel-making are included SiAlBaCa, silica-calcium cored wires,aluminum wire, ferro-manganese-aluminium, steel reinforced aluminum, calcium carbide, silicon carbide etc. Its function is to get pure steel liquid through forming non-metallic compound which can be floated and cleared after the reaction with dissolved oxygen in molten iron.
