Special for titanium carbide hard guide wheel transmission
The surface of the guide wheel can be specially treated as required. For instance, after being sprayed with a diamond coating, its wear resistance can be further enhanced by 30%, making it suitable for processing high-hardness alloy wires. Its weight is 30% lighter than that of steel guide wheels of the same size, which can reduce the load on the drive motor and lower energy consumption by more than 15%. In the production of precision tubes, the groove accuracy of the guide wheel reaches IT3 grade, which can ensure that the outer diameter tolerance of the tube is controlled within ±0.01mm, meeting the high-precision requirements of the medical, aviation and other fields. The dynamic balance accuracy of the guide wheel reaches G0.4 grade. When rotating at high speed, the vibration amplitude is less than 0.01mm, which can reduce the vibration noise of the equipment and improve the working environment in the workshop. It has good chemical stability and will not undergo chemical reactions with metal wires, thus avoiding contamination or discoloration on the wire surface. In the production of precious metal wires (such as gold and silver wires), the clean surface of the guide wheel can prevent the loss of precious metals and reduce production costs.
