Micron-sized chromium carbide powder with particle size ranging from 1 to 5 micrometers

This carbonized chromium powder (Cr₃C₂) has a purity of over 99.5%, with a particle size ranging from 0.5 to 5 μm, a density of 6.68 g/cm³. It features high hardness (HRA 91), excellent heat resistance (melting point 1890°C), and outstanding wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is produced through advanced carbonization technology, with uniform particles and good dispersibility. The oxygen content is ≤ 0.3%, and the impurity content is extremely low. It is widely used in hard alloys, metal matrix composites, 3D printing additive manufacturing, tool coatings, mechanical seals, etc., significantly enhancing the wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance of products. The product complies with industrial standards and supports customization of particle size and purity as per requirements.
