The coating of colored aluminum coilis divided into a polyester-coated aluminum coil (PE) and fluorocarbon coated aluminum coil (PVDF). The polyester coating formed by repeatedly baking and coating on the surface of the aluminum plate can form a continuous solid film firmly attached, which has the characteristics of protection and decoration. It is a kind of anti UV coating. Polyester resin uses a high molecular polymer containing an ester bond in the main chain as a monomer and adds alkyd resin.

UV absorber can be divided into sub gloss and high gloss series according to the gloss. It can protect pre painted aluminum coilfrom ultraviolet radiation, wind, rain, frost, and snow; due to temperature difference, freeze-thaw cycle, corrosive gas, and microorganism, the coating can play a protective role. It is especially suitable for interior decoration and advertisement boards.
