Silicone Rubber with Low Melting Point,Liquid Silicone Rubber Material
DESCRIPTION:
Manual model silicone is flowing liquid RTV silicone with stable quality. Before you begin to put your design in production for large quantity,you need to prepare a small amount of products to do a test. For this situation, our manual model design silicone will do a great favor for you, saving your cost and reducing the risk of waste( because you are not sure whether your model will need improving). The manual mold silicone is mainly applicable to manual molds and small number of product duplication.
APPLICATION:
Casting silicone rubber is mainly applicable to manual mold design, PVC plastic molds, low-temperature melting alloy molds, alloy toy craftworks, large statues,pad printing positioning, shock resistance for electronic equipments, mock up design model (mockup design model), or making CNC silicone mold. We can also use the silicone in industrial applications(industrial silicone).
FEATURES:
* All hardness from 15 to 40 s** A;
* Good fluidity, good operability, good for pouring method;
* Excellent mechanical properties, in particular tear strength and tensile strength;
* Excellent flexibility, easy to demould.
* High temperature resistance, high duplication times and repeated use.
* Wide range of catalysts/curing agent/hardener for various applications and various requirements on the operation time or curing time.
* Good cut-growth resistance;
* High durometer hardness;
* Low shrinkage;
OPERATION INSTRUCTION:
1. The manual model casting silicone is applied to small products or products with fine patterns. The mold for the fine detailed and small products should be made of soft silicon to protect the products from easy breaking when demoulding.
2. If large product duplication or fabrication, the mold should be made of higher hardness silicone rubber so that the products made will not deform.
3.the silicone can be reused for 20-30 times.
4. Customers need to deal with original model by polishing beforehand.
5. If customer do not eliminate the bubbles in the mixture, the finished silicone mold will contain many pores, which will ruins the later replication work.

SHELF LIFE:
Twelve(12) months when stored under dry and cool place by original package under 25℃
