BC Dry Powder Extinguishing Agent
BC Dry Chemical Powder,
Sodium bicarbonate dry chemical powder, regular or ordinary used on class B and C fires, was the first of the dry chemical agents developed. In the heat of a fire, it releases a cloud of carbon dioxide that smothers the fire. That is, the gas drives oxygen away from the fire, thus stopping the chemical reaction.
Sodium bicarbonate dry chemical fire extinguishing agent has the specialties of high extinguishing speed, high fighting fire efficiency, harmless to people and animals ,good insulation property and long store period.
It is widely used for fighting fires of oil fields, oil stores, ships, warehouses, oil refineries, electricity station and petrochemical enterprises.
