Antimony trioxide has a very wide usage.It may be used as flame retardant for materials such as polyethylene,polypropylene,polystyrene,PVC(polyethylene),nylon,engineering plastics(ABS),rubber,paint,coating,synthetic resin and paper,etc.;as antifoaming agent for glass fusion and bubble removing;as a catalyst for polyester fibers as well as the covering agent and the brightener for enamel and ceramic products.It may be also applied to the petroleum heavy oil,residual oil,catalytic cracking and catalytic reforming process as the passivating agent.
